My BOTW is the Life-Like, Buildems McDonalds. Bought it as a new sealed kit with a Mr Barts price tag still on it of $2.98. The "Fish Sandwich" sign is on my kit under the front arch sign. This so commonly gets trimmed off mistaken for excess plastic, because there is some extra plastic molded around it... The kit used for box photo does not have the fish sandwich sign on it!
Now Billions & Billions served, Millions eaten, thousands digested.

| Tough building to find there Walt. I've been on the lookout for years but the price is always too high for me. Thanks for pointing out the Fish Sandwich signage. I don't think many people know that, I surely didn't. I have not seen a finished kit other than yours with that additional signage on it. Nicely done.

Thank you, NYC. I had just finished restoring a 57 Chevy for a customer and had a lot of play money at the time. I had a $225.00 Ebay bid on the kit and figured I would still not win it. To my surprise, it only sold for $112.81. It was the lowest I had EVER, seen one sell for that was new in sealed box. The kit was sold in Huntington, WV less than an hours drive from where we lived at that time. The seller was stunned at the kit bringing $100+, and I told him about the kit being popular & rare.
The Fish Sandwitch sign is actually a part "moulded onto" the bigger sign just to let everyone know. It is not a small part that get glued on. I ALMOST trimmed the fish sandwitch sign off myself before noticing amoust all the poorly molded mess around it, looked to be an actual part. I studied the decals to quickly discover I was right. I can't remember, but the instruction sheet may show the sign. I have it stored at my x wife's home so I cant look to see.
Definately a great kit. I can't force myself to add any detail to it. It's built as it comes in the box.. I notice it needed a decent dusting before photo that I neglected to do.
