I have one of the Yellow ACF Hoppers memorializing Mr. Athearn. Is there much value to this car? Was it limited, normal or possibly highly produced?

Hi Todd. The Irvin R. Athearn "Memorial Car" was made By BEV-BEL in 9 / 1991. Using a Athearn 55' A.C.F Center-Flow Hopper Kit.

As with all of Bev-Bel Items, It was a Limited Run. The Bev-Bel Catalog number was: ATHEARN-1 Original Price was $10.00.

I guess if you Collect Athearn or Bev-Bel you would want one for your Collection. I have seen them at train shows, they sell for $20.00 - $25.00 In Kit form.
