I'd agree with Ken.

However... it seems that finding something like that these days in good shape makes it less common. In about 10 years it will end up rare by default.

Yes it is VHTF, "very hard to find" and that translates to something like rare. I don't have one.

I think the real rarity here is that the post office actually delivered it not only intact, but to the person it was actually supposed to go to!

I just picked up a Tyco/Mantua C430 with the same rail livery, but with black letters on the white field.

In the process of repainting, redecaling, and rebuilding it.

I also see that other people have had issues with our wonderful postal system as well
