I sent a friendly message to the seller of the catalog claiming I really did'nt think that it was very rare. I copied & paste the reply here;

While I normally don't respond to comments like this, the 1975-76 catalog has always been the most desirable and expensive of the Tyco/Mantua catalogs. There hasn't been one on eBay in at least the past 90 days, and in VG/VG+ condition normally will bring $90-$100. This is the most sought after Tyco/Mantua item, and no, I can't believe that either. I'm offering it as a "Best Offer" auction as well. If you're interested, make an offer.

So guys, What do ya think? I'm no Tyco expert, Anyone seen a Tyco catalog sell for that much?? Even if so, where does the $8 shipping fit in?

So, Lets see if I have it right. In VG/VG+ condition $90-$100 So In New Perfect Condition must be $180-$200 each Carl

Well, it looks like someone thinks the catalog is Rare and worth a lot. He sold the Water Damaged, Fair Condition catalog for $30 with the $8.00 Shipping
He must be sending it in Crush proof envelope
So I guess he must know something
Based on this eBay Purchase, I should be able to sell mind for More then $30. Carl
