An CSX freight train derailed 1 hr south of me today - see video link below - We have had high heat temps as many of you also which may have caused wreck - They have not said cause yet

The high heat can cause the steel rails to expand as much as 1" per mile. The track probably buckled from the high heat thus causing the derailment.

I used to work for NYC Transit for a while.
