REVISED, I'm trying to figure out what scale the pack of lights are on the right. The Tyco poles are of course HO. The life-Life are not marked as to scale..

I think they'd work for either S gauge ( which I don't think Life Like ever did much if anything for ), or some really massive HO big-city ( New York style ) street lamps. If you're in a big city, with wide streets, dinky lights won't work, you'd need some massive ones, and these probably fit that description. And I think would look realistic enough to pass . Small town, no way. So I think they are HO scale, just for a very large city. My opinion FWIW.

Hello Walt, I use those Life-Like streetlamps for my O gauge stuff, they seem to fit in very well with Lionel.

I'm glad you posted this. I got a whole bunch of these in the garage sale lot last weekend. Apparently the previous owner was using them with HO, but I don't see how. They're huge! I might use them with my Lionels.

Thank you for the replies! I agree with all three of you! They are huge, but yet I see AMC's version makes sense too!
Minutes after posting this, I remembered I had a 1975 Life-Like Catalog here in one of my boxes. These lights are pictured & listed under the same part number (201) on newer card.
They are listed as O-S scale

Hey <icro, I wanna think I know the Roadside sign you mentioned but I can't find a mention of it anywhere!! It's not in the 1975 catalog.
