The only thing I can think to add offhand, since I have little to know experience with this set personally:
It is the first appearnace for the famous overhead piggyback loader, which we all know became ubiquitous. [}:)] I think the Silver Streak was the only way to get a nite-glow one, though... but I could be wrong there.
