Actually I got them!!!

I didn't know there were pictures of the accident.

Our Fire Department was hosting the International Vehicle Rescue Challenge (extrication) that year and we have a contact with General Motors in Oshawa. They donated 48 brand new (yard damaged) vehicles to the event so firefighters could work on newer vehicles during the competition and training symposiums.

Part of the contract is to make sure that the remains go to the scrap yard and get "cubed". The engines go to local high schools for use in their auto shop classes.

Other manufacturers also do this.
