Hey Fella's:

can anyone chime in here about this. I've been discussing this with a fella I met through Ebay, nice chap. anyway We're trying to determine if this is a Tyco or not? I just don't have that kind of knowledge.

Hi Ken:

yeah I think you got it. When he acquired it, it had a Tyco chassis underneath hence the confusion. Here's a pic of what he did to it.
