hi guys you are so lucky in the states, was going through my micromark cat last night and came across this item, whats it for, well its a blackening product for things such as wheels and rods for your locos, but most importantly its conductive, well worth investing in,i have researched it and have found many good reports about it,no bad ones,i say you are lucky as micromark will not post this item overseas? ken

I was able to buy a bottle at my LHS. It's okay for blackening, but it will rub off. That's an advantage if you want to be able to reverse blackening your running gear, and it comes off completely with alcohol, since it's just graphite suspended in an alcohol base. I haven't found it to be conductive at all, and someone else that tested it (I think it was Model Railroader) found the same result. It's made as a lube, and it's great on that count, since it lets the graphite flow in to parts without blowing it everywhere.
