I always thought this was an interesting looking hopper Brian. I agree, the white spot is harmless. I think these hoppers need a little load in them anyway to add a little weight to them... Walt

Here is one in the box I just got in a collection I just bought. When the guy first sent me pictures I was very surprised to see a "rising sun" car! I thought it might be a V-J Day commemorative or some other WWII type thing. But of course it's not. I like it a lot, nice graphic.
It is a regular car. Here is the side of the box with the listing and original list price!
