Love it Carl :) As if the engine with the early can motor wasn't cool enough I could see a collection with just box art.

We need to do some comparo. I have the same unit factory numbered 5330. No box.... also a Hi-F

It has see through battery box grilles under the cab windows....

I've got one of these I can pull out if we need another comparison. It's unassembled and stored away somewhere.

I run the more modern version all the time. It's one of my favorites.

I don't know what possesed me to buy another bleeping Hi-F they are a Pox on my house I swear!

This was $12.50 ebay win and the guy was local and we met at a Pub. Not the worst idea!

Be interesting to compare chassis and shells....

I know what you mean. I keep getting them because I like the GP9, but I can't ever get them to run good enough to use.

Have a weakness for 7's & 9's myself. As a died in the wool Alco guy and more recently Baldwins for Gawd's sake (for which I blame Hypo...) I often admonish myself for waxing fond of those damn GM's! Course I also like wacky SW variations too! Gawd help me!

I have the SP black widow as an all plastic dummy with its original box. But this is my favorite Hi-F GP7 for good reason ;)
