Transfer and initial test runs have been completed on the pair of I1 decapods Transferred from Pennsylvania's Frankford Roundhouse .
To The Catford London Roundhouse Chief Engineer Catford Ken has said initial test runs are completed with positive results.
This pair of Hippos soon to be joined by a L1 mikado and H9 consolidation will help relieve the power shortage on main line freight service.
The presents of these Belpaired Boilered Beasts will provide local railfans with many moments seeing these powerful locomotives working with and alongside British Built Bulldogs.
It will be a sight to be seen.
