There are no makers marks on the subject HO scale 4-6-0 that I can find.
It has a die-cast chassis, open frame motor & plastic upper body shell.
Plastic tender shell with die-cast frame & a rectangular 'waffle' iron patterned weight in the bottom of the tender

Any one know who made this & approx. when??
