Micro-Mark has them: http://www.micromark.com/MINIATURE-GEAR-AND-WHEEL-PULLER-9and32--9and16-CAPACITY,8011.html

The one they sell has an indent in the pin to keep from flattening the point on the axle, which I doubt the Parma version has.

That's incredible, Ken. What do they charge for them on your side of the pond?

Mascot is another tool-maker with a miniature gear puller, here's a link to a Z-scale sight showing it in use. Said you can buy them off Amazon.com :

http://www.zscale.org/articles/fivepole.html

I bought one,and tried to pull a worm gear off a flat motor...the arms kept slipping off, wouldn't hold, and finally messed up the gear when it slipped. I think I paid $24 for it at a hobby shop last year. Might work with another motor/gear, but this old one must be heat-welded on! Or they dimpled the shaft end to keep it on. Either way, it didn't work on my first use of it. Not trying to discourage the purchase of it, or it's quality, just that it wasn't capable of removing a worm gear ( very long, and lots of friction too).

Mascot was the one I bought. Here's another one, I think I'm going to buy this one, but it's out of stock right now, only $10, and seems to be able to work on worm gears.

I think I like this design better, there shouldn't be any slippage, as the gear shaft is fit tightly into the V-groove, and can't move. Pretty nifty!
