Found this at my usual venue. For some reason, it just begged to be photographed! A very striking car, no doubt.

It's a Life-Like car, but not the typical claw-door 40' boxcar of theirs that I'm familiar with. Is this ex-Varney tooling?

Anybody know when this was made? Toucan Sam looks a little more classic and angular than the one I recall growing up with.

I might not need to hold onto this one, so if anyone is interested in a trade, let me know.

Think I've seen a brown Coco-Puffs Ceral Box Car too. I think that's old Varney tooling on the 40' Sliding Door Box Car. Don't know the vintage.
