| I love this kind of stuff, I feel it lends the humanity to the cold hard steel we all admire. Thanks. This was before I was even born but it still throws me back towards my childhood.

Pillow rental for 35 cents.
Now ... on the airlines a pillow rental is $8. That is, if your flight even offers them any more. And if you take one of those neck pillows thinking you'll be smart - if it's a solid one (not inflatable), at least one airline will charge it as an "additional carry-on" item. Bring your own regular pillow - you will be charged an additional carry-on item fee.
I looked at some of the new "high speed" rail corridors that are in the works with the present administration, something doesn't add up. If you can drive yourself to a destination in 4 hours, but the train takes 6 and a half with every stop in between ... why take the train? Especially since you'll still need to get a taxi or rent a car at your destination. Now, if they let you do an autotrain ... put your car on and ride in coach ... that would be better.
