Mantua (the reborn version) definitely offered this style. Probably early '90's. Most of them I've seen are lettered for "Chicago, Rock Island and Peoria".

Adams is correct. It's by the"born again" Mantua. It appears in the 1981 catalog, page 13. A sidedoor caboose... never saw it with a Canadian road name. I think it came out about 1980 but I don't have a catalog for that year.

This is from the Mantua Classic Six set, along with the water car in the picture above. I don't know if they recently offered any other roadnames, all I've seen is SF. They're still available from the Mantua site or online dealers. Mine came from a discount merchandise site.

Like the Caboose but he's talking shipping of 11.xx and the cost of the auction at least $12. so no way. I'm probably gonna be at the First Thaw in Allentown with Todd so I'll grab one there if there is one....
Thanks for the info though.

I'd gladly trade RI&P 116 (Mantua 725-085) and Central Pacific 128 (Mantua 725-006) versions for other roadnames. If there's any interest, give a yell. -Todd
