The old Rivarossi 0-4-0T I have had for quite a while sat in the bottom of my loco bin due to a pronounced waddle as it went down the track, due to worn plastic bearing-points in the frame. That is, until this week. I rebuilt the bearings using super glue and baking soda, per NickelPlate759's suggestion. After getting the wobble straightened out, I went about detailing it to make it look less Italian, painting it in a Rio Grande scheme, since the old "C. R. R. of N. J." lettering and the number washed off with water when I cleaned the dust off.
Here's where I started:

and this is where I'm at as of this evening:

I'll have some better pics tomorrow of it with its supply train, hopefully showing the boiler-top air tank, bell cord, and rear headlight better. It might have a number tomorrow, too...

Nice job; I'm glad it worked! A lot of people don't like working with CA, because it's so easy to glue body parts together. I swear the stuff seems to flow invisibly.
How does the ball bearing motor run? They were usually very smooth.

It's a very smooth runner, for being so old. I think there's still a kink somewhere in the running gear that makes it hiccup every now and then, but it might just be needing break-in time. The fact that it runs so smooth was why I wanted to restore it.
Here are the better pics I promised:

The rear still needs some sprucing up...the original steps broke off long before I ever got it. I haven't found anything in my parts bin yet that would make a good replacement. The Rio Grande heralds I use are ones I grabbed from the Rio Grande Scenic RR's website in the "press materials" section. I like their colors better than the actual Rio Grande primary blue and red heralds.
Here's a case of "Little Engine that Probably Can't"

I doubt it will be able to get the Con-Cor hopper to dump, no matter how hard the engineer hits the ramp...and the brakeman on front would have the ride of his life, for sure.

Is the brakeman Eli Walach, Clint Eastwood or Lee Van Cleef? Nice work...
