The only ones that come to mind in HO are the craftsman kits by Funaro & Camerlengo. You're going to pay for the privilege and have a time putting them together, but they're out there...
http://www.fandckits.com/
Their site is kinda wonky. Click "HO Kits" then "Milk Cars" and look at kits #1010-1014. Seems the main difference is the color of decals, which are otherwise identical.

According to their site, the above were only used thru the '50's, but this last one made it through the 70's?

Note the high-speed trucks. Makes sense for this type of car, but would have limited its usage and appearance in most trains. You wouldn't have normally seen them in a freight drag, that's for sure.

| They've been offered many times over the years in brass...other than that they've only been in kits like GIC said. Look for Ambroid, Red Ball and Silver Streak kits on Ebay.

I haven't seen any videos to directly comment. But it seems and stands to note that many types of freight cars were smaller in the steam era, through the first few decades of the 20th Century...
...that said, even if the cars shown above date to the 40'5 and 50's, that's technically the transition era so they may indeed have been behind steam at some point.
The design seems fairly unique and low profile. Given the constant curvature up and away from the base, it may be they just "seem" smaller than they actually are?

Teacher...Teacher!! Could you measure the lined border on page two so that us children have an idea as to what size we'll need to reduce it to?

Hey SG:
I would if I could find the original. should be able to scale it from the width as a known dimension right?
I can't rememnber what I did with those issues. One went in with the Lionel Alco FA drivetrain I sent you. The others were in pretty bad shape so i may have trashed them... that was kinda the point of scanning them so i could trash the bad/moldy ones.
If I can't find the hard copy any body suggest how this may be scaled? I have several more of these article/patterns if anyone is interested I'll post them...
SG; did you parcel arrive yet?

From the article: "The length, measured across the top of the tank, is five inches." Print it out and see if it's five inches. On my printer it prints out 4 5/8", so scale it 108% and it prints out properly.

Hey Shaygetz:
I found another copy of these articles and measured the border. It's consistantly 7 inches.
