Saw this pair parked the other day near the house. Can anyone identify them? They have slight different details.

I also am trying to understand why some of the CSX locomotives have a lightning bolt and others don't. Road numbers are 7 on the left and 714 on the right.

The left one=AC4400,right one=ES44AC GEVO both built by GE.
