Hello everyone!
My Names Mike. I came across this site about 16 months or so ago. I signed up right away! i was dying to get on the forum. BUT for some reason i didnt get the email comfermation thing. i checked the spam folder i even try to resgister again but i couldnt use that username again.  it was a good one too.  well over the months ive tryed and tryed and well finally like 10 or 11 usernames/tries later, it finnaly just worked!! Im wicked eagure to get on! C ya all soon!

Hello Mike,
...and welcome! I recently joined this forum too, and had the same experience. For some reason, the email did not post. So, I simply "re-upped" a couple of months later.
You will no doubt get some replies from more "senior" members here, but I wanted to say "hey there" and let you know this is a great forum with lots for really friendly folks. I find the kitbashing and maintenance sections particularly helpful and insightful. There is no end to the creativity of the participants, and although their talent is obvious, they are all extremely helpful and friendly.
...but then you knew that already. Have fun, and I look forward to your input and postings.
