Hi, I am looking for any websites/books/resources for model railroad kitbashing for help on my entry for the upcoming kitbashing contest. I tried a simple Google search, and didn't come up with much. If anyone has any advice or good resources I would appreciate it if you posted it here. Thanks a lot!

Might find some tips or ideas there.

Have you tried looking for ideas in magazines? I have a fair number of back issues of RMC and MR. I can looking and see if I can find something if you have an idea of what you want to do. Several others also have huge mag collections. Go to MR's site and use their mag index search feature. It finds articles in tons of other mags as well as MR.

The Diesel Detailer at dieseldetailer.proboards.com is a good choice.

You may have seen that site before. But I go on there a ton to look stuff up and see how things looked in the real world. Not so much to do exact copies of, but just to give me some direction. Always some neat stuff to find on there!
