we took these pictures today & i just had to post a couple of them. this is me & my grandson Haydn. he's almost two. he was getting a little board, so i broke out a Lionel train set & set up a little circle of track. it kept him busy for about an hour before he had to take a nap. i worry about him all the time because of the piece of crap his momma's living with. he'a an abusive punk. they live about 100 miles away, so it's hard to do anything about it when everything goes down. all i can say is he better never start on this little feller, they'll never find him if he does.

What a great picture !!!...sad story though about the little guys living conditions...I think he will be fine though Smokie as long as your around !
I have a question ....The one picture with you in it the loco looks like a 2-4-2 scout type...Then the next 2 pictures the loco looks like a 726 Berkshire am I right ?
I love MTH RealTrack...but a lot of people cant stand it.
Thanks you brought back a lot of memories with those pictures !

one picture has a 8204 mpc era 4-4-2 with the mighty sound of steam. the other is a 2056 4-6-4 with a updated 2226w tender. it has a air whistle & he loved making it blow (over & over & over).

Great pics, Smokie! It looks like you may have started something there. All it took was my dad breaking out his American Flyer set when I was 5, and a ride on the Durango & Silverton the same year to get me hooked for life. Keep watching over the little guy as best you can.

| Smokie -- Great pics of you and your grandson!! Glad he has a caring grandpa around! Hate he is so far away and living conditions you described, but as long as your around he will be ok and i hear you on not being able to find the "punk" if he lays hands on him-- i feel the same about my daughter!
