Happy 4th of July. A custom painted former red box SF Alco C430 in Canadiana paint scheme.

The horns came from a GP20 CB&Q that had damage. The window glazing came from a PT Alco. The railings came from a CN MU2 Alco shell that someone had modified, I think, to use a different chassis. The front truck was on the GP20 that came in the auction and the rear truck came form the C425 project. The Canadiana graphics and the flag were made by me from coping a Canadiana boxcar and moving it into "Paint" and manipulating to the right size and contrast and value and printing on Testors ink jet decal paper. The red leaves are stencil painted and the white are cut-outs from labels. The paint is from cans.

Almost Forgot.. microbusss, While I was Looking for the GS4. I remembered I Had This... The Program Has Information From the start of the restoration of the engine and lists all of the Items that were on the train as it Toured the Country. The American Freedom Train had 10 passenger Cars, Two Display Cars (One Containing The Liberty Bell) and 3 Flat Cars With The Items Needed to setup The Display for Viewing at The Locations. I also Have the Flyer that announced the arrival of the Freedom Train at the Army Depot in New Cumberland, PA

I have a Tyco F unit in Bicentennial paint it is a dummy unit though. I also have the GP-18 Powered and dummy units from AHM. the AHM GP-18 versions had a blue underframe with Seaboard Coast Line in white. They had a red cab roof on them as well.
