Been eyeballing an old pair of Athearn blue box CB&Q Everywhere west GP7 factory painted units. Those havent been produced in years. One has its orignal motor, other one has an accurate lighting can motor on Athearn mounts. I Plan to swap out the can to a factory Athearn motor. That way the pair will run together and the can motor can go in my black NW GP7 I am building. Only upgrades I plan are directional LED headlights on each end of the units. I am guessing the CB&Q ran short hood forward, but will have to research that. I will get some pics of them running at club tomorrow night. Mike
