UP was the ONLY railroad that didn't have a Bicentennial engine was outvoted by ONE vote & that grain hopper was all UP did for 1976 they come in multiple numbers too

Nit true. CHessie System didn't have a bicentennial engine either, instead opting to number one of their locomotives 1977 in honour of the 150th anniversary of the B&O. They also painted a steam locomotive, fresh off of Freedom Train duty, into their colours and ran systemwide excursions with it for two years (1977 & 1978)
