I am awaiting this one from an auction. No box but has unpowered A unit. I think this is a significant loco.

I haven't tested this yet.

That is a nice find, Alco Fan.
Here's my Mantua Davenport again, only now I've added handrails and painted the ladders and front grille.

I ended up using paper cutouts for the logos because I didn't have any decals. I rushed the paint job too...I'm a bit disappointed in myself for doing that. It's also a pretty erratic runner, some days it goes, others it doesn't. But when it does run well, it's MU2 motor purrs right along. It's an excellent locomotive when it wants to be.

I like your Davenport switcher as well. Nice paint and I like the cut-out logo

Only the seconds, minutes, and hours. Bet it runs like a clock. BN is a survivor, no?

Would've chimed in sooner, but I was out of town for the last 4 days. Here is my Tyco GP-20, I have probably posted this picture 5-6 times

It runs great so far, and I love the look!

Which means Bn still rides around on the rails and it's first in the rairoad's name, BN_sf.

I guess I'm breaking the BN streak, but here's my new addition today (also bought a common Tyco ICG caboose, but not worth posting). This is called a Merchant Navy, of the British Railways (ex-Southern). This version is called 'rebuilt', because originally they were somewhat streamlined ("air-smoothed")and had different valve gear. It's a Hornby, but bought locally here in Texas for somewhat less than getting one from England!
