hi guys whats the easiest way to remove one of these bodys,ken

You'll need a jeweler's screwdirver set:

1) Remove the fuel tank screws, and remove the tank

2) Spread the cab wall out slightly, so that the mounting lugs can clear the hole, and rock the motor truck out

3) Unscrew the light bulb clip in the cab.

4) Spread the rear of the long hood apart, and rock the pickup-truck (lol) out.

That's IT! It's easy to do but those shells are pretty solid so you might have to manhandle it just a bit, especially for the rear truck.

That headlight clip and screw can be a real PITA to reinstall, just to forewarn you.
