After hunting all over to find the springs that go under the truck hold down bolts on the subject tender, I stumbled on the answer & pass it on in case others manage to send their original springs flying somewhere across a room. Never to be found again.
Search Ebay, or some other source, obtain 1 pr of Lionel Motor Brushes w/Springs, code 1001 1101 1110.
Take 1 brush spring & cut it in half & you have a spring for each truck bolt.
Perfect fit.
