| I finally got a Tyco Royal Blue passenger set.

But, when I look at the observation car, I'm not so sure.

This car looks the same but is longer than my other observation cars.

Can anyone tell me if this is Tyco or another brand?

                | Sometimes I'd post something and I would end up posting an x. This is how it works for me.
 Click on the paperclip above.
A select file window with a brouse button shows up.
Another box opens that says My pictures.
I click on a picture and click on open.
 Then I click upload file.
I click on Note click here to display this image...
 And the code shows up.
 Then I preview the post.

If I label a pic I use this for example, Tyco_430_ Alco , and I don't seem to have trouble with the pic.
The x's are broken links I think. GiCs posts have x's because I believe he said he had a computer issue.
I'm more lucky than knowledgable about this. Good Luck!

                | Hey Tod. Your observation car is an A C Gilbert/American Flyer HO streamliner. I don't know the entire story, but for a short period of time, Gilbert streamliners were sold in Tyco boxes. This was most likely during the transition from the old metal Mantua streamliners, to the newer plastic Tyco cars (that's my guess anyway). I've seen these cars in Canadian Pacific, Baltimore and Ohio, and Northern Pacific. The Gilbert cars are almost identical to the Tyco streamliners. The most obvious difference is their length. The Gilbert cars each have one more window than their Tyco counterpart.

                | I just looked it up on ebay. Occasionally they do turn up in Tyco boxes, but this is all I could find at the moment.
