RAY... THANKS FOR YOUR WINNING ANSWER, THIS IS AN ARISTO CRAFT WIERD LOOKING LOCO.LOOKS OUT OF SCALE TO ME BUT IT IS HO WHEEL BASE. IT HAS A HUGE OPEN FACE MOTOR WHICH IS MISSING 1 BRUSH E Z FIX. ARISTOCRAFT IS STILL FUNCTIONING AS A BIZ AND I WILL GIVE MORE INFO LATER. ITS IN GREAT SHAPE AND MADE OF HEAVY CHEAP CASTING.THANKS ALL .ADAM

Should have a little slope-back tender to go with it, probably cast with a seperate frame.

Aristo imported a whole line of these cast engines in the early to mid 1960s - most of them were old-time styled, an 0-6-0T, 0-4-0, 4-2-2, 2-6-0 and 4-6-0, plus a more modern C&NW 4-4-2 and a 2-8-2. There were others I'm sure, those are just the ones I remember off the top of my head.
