i AM WAITING FOR SHIPMENT OF THIS LOCO AND I STILL CANT FIND OUT ANYTHING ABOUT IT . IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO GUESS NOW I WILL GIVE EVERYONE THE CORRECT MAKE AND MODEL AFTER I RECIEVE THE PIECE. IT LOOKED INTERESTING TO ME . ALL THE ADD SAID WAS IT WAS ALL METAL HO LOCOMOTIVE. ITS ALSO COMMING WITH TWO LIONEL CARS {CABOOSE , BOX CAR.} . I'll take a whack at it. It looks like someone altered a Tyco Shifter to become a camelback. I'm sure someone here will correct me if I'm wrong.
