It seems like the smallest shows always have the best stuff. This morning I headed out to a "toy train flea market" that is held once a year. This is the second time I went, and like last time, I bought some awesome stuff

There was a man who had a box of Rivarossi streamliners. No North Coast Limited cars , but he did have a bunch of CN cars, and I was able to finish off (I think) my CN set. Nine cars + two engines = 10ft . LOL...I'm gonna need a bigger layout

Not too much Tyco this year, but I did get a few project pieces. First is a dummy C&O F-7, which is now in line to get four of its ladders rebuilt. Secondly is a CN F-7 shell + fuel tank which I was able to combine with one I already had to make a full engine. And Finally is a dummy Santa Fe S630 with mismatched F-unit truck frames.

I also grabbed another Bachmann CN full-dome car, and a Burlington caboose.

The C&O engine after being stripped of its parts:

Very nice finds Cheez! I'd like to have a big ol' passenger set too, but I don't think it would like good in such a small space.

Oh, and just how many CN F-units are you up to now?

Hey Matt. The whole train literally takes up half my layout. LOL. I'll just put the sleeper and roomette cars on my display shelf and make the train more like a daytime run

And how many CN F-7's....well...hmmmmm. If you're only counting working Tyco's then there are five. If you're counting all manufactures as well as just shells then....10? O_O It's not my fault I keep finding them for $1

Just remember that I'm still expecting to see a train of 35 $1 locomotives on your layout. Make it happen!
