YEARS AGO YOU COULD BUY IT AT THE SUPER MARKETS HERE FOR AROUND 3 TO 4 DOLLARS, I HAVE NOT SEEN IT IN YEARS, IT WAS A ACRYLIC TYPE, USED IT ON A LOT OF ITEMS THAT I WANTED TO SHINE...EVEN USED IT ON AN OLD CAR ONCE TO HELP SELL IT, HOPE THEY STRIPPED IT DOWN BEFORE THEY PAINTED IT, WORKED WELL ON TIRES TO GIVE THEM THAT SHINNY LOOK...THE FANGED ONE...GARRET

From a Google shopping search, it looks like hardware places carry it even if supermarkets don't. I'll have to keep my eye peeled for it.

It should also keep scale heel marks off of your loco's walkways.
