I never expected to find these - HO scale Model Power 2005 Texas State Trooper Crown Victoria ... for an example - http://www.3000toys.com/catalog/item_detail.aspx?itemfind=MODEL%20POWER19396
I found these at a store in Irving, Tx - I paid $3.98.
When I mentioned this to my LHS guy - he told me that he has had these on order for several months with no promise of delivery.
