I have an HO tender & some wagons in need of replacement couplers.
I am not very good at matching to the Kadee tables, so would appreciate it if someone who can do that could tell me what I need. Also, I am not sure what brand the 2 wagons are and would be interested to know that.
First up is a pair of Mantua?, Varney?? wagons with different couplers [old, metal]

Next is a Rivarossi 6 axle [non power] tender . I have another one with the coupler that is sticking out the RHS in the pictures, broken. What kadee do I need?

Thank you
Tanked

#5 using the kadee box screwed or glued to the underframe looks like it would work on those cars--at least that what i would use if mine

Like Ken said, ol' reliable, the Kadee #5 should fix you up there. When you get the couplers, make sure you pickup their standards gauge and a pack each of their .010" and .015" shim washers too.

BTW, the first one is a Baker coupler, used by John Allen on his Gorre and Daphetid. The second is a Mantua hook/loop, a common coupler before the horn/hook on the Rivarossi and Kadees took over.
