So here are the factory from Lliput in Vienna/Austria. They Produced for AHM! But now the production is over for about 20 years. Liliput is now owned by Bachmann and some of the old models manufactured again (only europe, but not US) - Erich

Hi there,
very interresting! Liliput made a big range of US-models (con-cor streamliners, AHM freight cars, also engines). Many people in the US are not aware of the two different Austrian manufacturers and usually think of Roco when it comes to "Made in Austria" on the bottom of the models!
Thanks mate,
Martin

Hi Ken
Rwa was founded 1959 in Germany. 1974 they went to bankrupt. a big Part of the tools (forms) are sold to Roco Austria. A hole part of the models are still in the program today - in a reworking form. this adoption made Roco to a leading producer in europe.
thanks for notice - erich
