Guys I know the stock answer to this having read the forum for the last hour but................
I have a Tyco Union Pacific set no T6303B : 1498
4 cars & Steam Booster
Complete with track.

The box is okay but not perfect and the inside packaging is okay.
The items themselves are mint condition.

I have no idea how much this is worth but have just seen a Tyco steam train on e bay at $75.

Can anyone give me an idea of how much my set is worth?

I would be willing to let it go to a good home if the right offer is there.

Hi,

Going by the stock number you provided, your set was TYCO's Merchandiser West from 1963. The engine was TYCO's #T213B Union Pacific 0-4-0 Booster. The catalog shows a Western Maryland 40' Skid Flat Car with Pipe Load (#T331D); a Morrell's Pride 40' Reefer (#T329E); a Virginian Operating Hopper (#T330F); and a 4-Wheel Union Pacific Caboose (#T309B). The set originally also included 11-sections of 18"-radius curved track and 1-section of 18"-radius curved terminal re-railer track, which together made a 36"-circle track plan. No power pack was included.

In the condition you've mentioned, especially complete with original train set box, I'd say it should do well on eBay. Be sure to include some good pictures on the auction. Hope the info I provided helps you describe your set and Good Luck with it.
