I think the most recent set (2 years ago?) was made by IHC. It was the "Big Ten". Sweet looking engine in that set...I still need one O_o

Actually, I found out recently that one of my teachers at school does up a little Christmas layout for the special education room.
He let me check out his layout today, and he uses the 2005 PC Mini Chefs train set.
Which reminds me, he also had a beat up Chattanooga 0-8-0 in a box with some other stuff...I must see if he's willing to part with it...
