Great job with the handrails, that is on my projects list. What size wire? Any secrets or shortcuts you can pass on to us?

Nice work...
My 8 wheel drive AHM RS2...

...interestingly, it is wired to run long nose forward from the factory.

Thanks, I used .022 wire I think, it's been a while, and needle nosed pliers mostly. The endrails of the 630 are the same as a 430 and a GP20 so you could use that as a guide. I used a 630 with plastic handrails as a guide.

Hats off to romcat for this Mantua GP-20.

Needs a small amount of work, but just minor stuff like a tune-up and new headlight bulb.

Hey Matt:
You sure made that SF Geep look good! It'll need traction tires though! Talk to Cheez before the braces come off!!!

Ahaha. NOOOO...no dental elastics...those are the ones that melt O_o. You need the hair bands and a sharp pair of scissors.
And I got my braces off last year anyway, so no more dental elastics...not sure what to do with my stash though

Yup I remember reading that. Quite a mess you had there Cheezy Dude!
The Geep itself doesn't run too bad I guess...but those darned MU-2 motors and their rivets can be annoying if you need to service them.

Just picked this up today--don't know anything about it, but at $14, I took a gamble. It's by a maker called Frateschi in Brazil. It has great detail, and when I took the shell off, has a can motor, flywheels, and 8-wheel drive. Anyone know about these things?
