That's amazing. I wish they'd gone into exactly how the magnets are mounted in the loco & rolling stock. Must be neodymium super magnets. That could be a real advantage in an apartment. 
The only other video I've seen like this was this superconducting magnet demonstration.

There is a guy that made some O gauge trains that are suspended from the ceiling. He puts it under (over) his Christmas tree.(that also hangs from the ceiling upside down)
