Gotta love Southern hi-nose diesels...
Looks like a really cool layout, lots of neat details. I like the crane holding the steam loco cab.

I have no clue, Ken...the best I can tell you is that I'll never be able to own one.

Wow! That 4-8-4 looks so amazing!
And expensive.
Again, there looks to be a huge amount of detail work at every corner on that layout. Small things like the vegetable stand, or the scarecrow are what make model railroading so neat if you ask me.

...and some more...

...and the most humbling one....

Though, because of reasons I could not control, I had to end my membership two years ago, they still thought well enough of me and my work to name the town in my section of scenery after me.

VERY cool pics shaygetz. The trains whizzing past the name tag make one heck of a picture.
Also, I've never seen one of those rollercoasters actually setup somewhere, it looks like a lotta fun. And there's even the new Walthers Hiawatha set, nice!

I looked at that "...or, "How I spent my Sunday afternoon."" and literally thought you were the guy in the field... I had to look again... I know the back-drop was a bit unusual...
Nice set of pic's! You've got quite a variety of "Road0Names" in your collection.
Awesum!
John
I don't have a one track mind. It depends on the turn-out. "I love your catenary!" Is that a power-trip or just another pick-up line?

Great pictures shaygetz! At first I thought that first pic was an old postcard. Then I scrolled down the page and realized that they were pictures of a train layout. It looks like they've done an amazing job.
I like the pic of the Hiawatha streamliner. Oh, and that roller coaster looks cool too...did it actually have a working coaster train on it?

That backdrop has always been a treat. It's on a module but I don't know the source.
John, one of the appeals of this club is that, because it's near an airbase, you get to see everything from around the country and even an occasional European visitor...

Cheez, the coaster does not work, it's a work in progress right now.
