| I have the Mantua Classics 2-6-6-2 with tender. It is made in China now, but looks and works the same as the old Mantua. I like it, but am slightly disappointed in the noise it makes due to the plastic tubing between driver sets, which isn't a true universal joint, and it causes the gears, wheels to make some noise from the stress. Runs well, though.

This universal set would do the trick of quieting those loggers. Tubing should only be used when the shafts are in a fixed line with one another.
