whenever i see things like this i buy,even if i do not need them,as i think these are just as important as the locos etc,part of the companys development history ken

Wow, the only other time I've seen the Roundhouse coupler was in an older Kalmbach book, "HO Scale Primer"...too cool.

The Roundhouse couplers work nice. (not as good as KDs of course) An uncoupling ramp or a tool to lift the pin is used to uncouple them.

Thats a good idea grabbing those parts. I bought an Athearn Deaalers service kit for the same reason.
