you may remember a few months ago i won one of these of ebay and how damage it was,after contacting yardbird classic trains,got all the bits i needed and am about to reassemble,have decided to leave body as is and just paint and distress the rest ken

I bought one of those a few weeks ago at a local Greenberg show.
(and paid way to much for it I might add)
I would not have minded(the price) but the motor was toast.

Kudos, Ken, for restoring a classic. I think unless using for a specific operating purpose, I would keep the classic TYCO lettering. Fortunately, in the late 80's, I had begun teaching school (and was single!) and had the cash to splurge on a new Little Six. I still have it in the box. Chris
