HI, I saw one of these go for over 100 on Ebay and figured I could build one. Contacted Dan Bush at yardbird, got the parts and put it together. If anyone is interested make me an offer. Tom

Hi Tom:

Are you having trouble placing your pics directly in your posts or do you want them in as zipped attachments?

Many, many years ago. I wanted a Mantua 0-4-0 Camelback Goat. The early one, was made of brass and diecast. Could not find one in good condition. So I decided to make my own. Here is a picture of the one I made. The Tender is the one from the early Goat. The engine is...??
You figure it out...

Since then I have Added a few Originals to my collection.

It looks to me like a Tyco Shifter with the cab moved to the middle of the boiler, and a scratchbuilt overhang and footplate for the fireman.

I noticed the interest in the cab forward I put together. I would take 75 for it which I think is fair for the time spent on it. I would be willing to trade for it as well. Let me know if there is any interest out there. Tom

Here are a couple of my project cab-forwards. Sitting and waiting for me to get back on them when I have time:

The wires coming from the lil' joe unit are for directional lighting. I plan to put full valve gear on this one.
