Hello All--Should have some Tyco forthcoming, but to start, my new Great Western 0-4-0, from Hornby, via Ken. Cute little guy--(the loco, not Ken!)

I found these at a model show a couple of months ago. They look like they have never been run, and my finger prints were the first ones on them. (I forgot to put on my white gloves [:D]

Mike, NICE Mantua Erie set...I haven't seen that livery in Mantua before. Here is a somewhat matching Mantua caboose, if you need one.

Thanks Adams, I may take you up on that, I have to check my stash.
In the background of your picture, we're talking boxes.
If you are like me, I am running out of excuses with my significant other!

That is stunning!
Mike that Blue Steamer is sure pretty!
I just picked up a late 40's-early 50's varney "Super" Consolidation. It's taking the long route to Toronto however, via Arizona [:D]. I hope to post pics eventually. Certainly one of the rarer beasties out there.

Just arrived today--late Mantua F Unit (came with B unit dummy also). It's a nice runner, as it has the can motor/flywheels. I don't model the NYC, but it sure is pretty!

Very nice, Mike! Even a matching loco. I definitely like the Mantua aluminums over the Tyco plastic, but the Tycos do have the neat silouettes. My only Alum. set at the moment is the Rock Island Golden State w/locos. Chris

I have a few of those... a piece of brass that works/looks like a sand or steam dome atop my TYCO 4-6-O's. [:D]
John
I don't have a one track mind. It depends on the turn-out. "I love your catenary!" Is that a power-trip or just another pick-up line?

While currently I have no brass locos,or rolling stock,I will add a few pieces when I win the lottery! Man that brass be expensive. Ken, what railroad are you going to paint that GP40X in? I believe only the Southern Pacific, and the Union Pacific had the GP40X with those experimental trucks that your loco has.
