Hi all,
yesterday I recieved my Roco/AHM Alco C424 in Milwaukee Colors. Only one question, what are the white X´s on the frame good for??

Cheers,
Martin

Hello Martin, Nice Alco you have there. The X's on the frame are like the safety stripes on other roads engines. I believe the Milwaukee Road is the only RR to use X's on the frame.

Carl,
thanks a lot, this helped! I love it too, it´s a nice engine. I´ll try to find more "American Roco" [^]

Hey Martin:
Try a couple of the Atlas-Roco's. They can often be gotten for a bargain.
I particularly recommend the Alco Switchers they made: S2/4 the FP-7A's and the SD24's All run superbly!
