Hi All,
I sent Walthers an e-mail the other day to ask them about getting traction tires THEY actually use for my Life-Like trains. They sent me a response with this part #922-584015. They said I would have to call it in or order it through my LHS because it is not listed on the Walthers site. So to make a short story longer[:D]. I did order them through my LHS. I picked them up yesterday and fixed alot of my Life-Like stuff and got to thinking maybe they would work on my Bachmann stuff too. Well work they did. So I started thinking again[B)]. Maybe they will work on my Tyco stuff that has bad or missing traction tires. I tried them on an F9/7 and they worked like a charm. Now this was not a unit with the O ring type traction tires. I also tried them on a GP20 with more great results. Anyway I'm going to get off here and keep on changing my traction tires. The following is the info. I have for the traction tires.
Walthers Part# 922-584015 $2.00 per dozen
